And Moses and Aaron and his sons washed
their hands and their feet thereat: ... When they went into the tent of the congregation, and when they came near unto the altar, they washed; as the LORD commanded Moses.
I will wash
mine hands in innocency: so will
I compass thine altar, O LORD:
Depart ye, depart ye
, go ye out from thence, touch
no unclean [thing
]; go ye out of the midst of her; be
ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.
Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt
never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If
I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me. ... Jesus saith to him, He
that is washed needeth
not save to wash [his
] feet, but
is clean every whit: and ye
are clean, but not all.
1 Corinthians 6:9
ye not that the unrighteous
shall not inherit
the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators
, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers

were some of you: but ye are washed

Not by works
of righteousness which we have done, but according
to his mercy he saved us, by the washing
of regeneration, and renewing
of the Holy Ghost;

and drinks, and divers
washings, and carnal ordinances

] until the time of reformation.
Let us draw
near with a true
heart in full
assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled
from an evil
conscience, and our bodies
washed with pure water.
And from Jesus Christ, [who is]
the faithful witness, [and] the first
begotten of the dead, and the prince
of the kings of the earth. Unto him
that loved us, and washed
us from our sins in his own blood, ... And hath made
us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him
] glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
