Job 28:16

_ _ gold of Ophir — the most precious (See on Job 22:24 and see on Psalms 45:9).

_ _ onyx — (Genesis 2:12). More valued formerly than now. The term is Greek, meaning “thumb nail,” from some resemblance in color. The Arabic denotes, of two colors, white preponderating.
