God omnipotent cannot be unjust.

10 Therefore² hearkenºª unto me, ye men¹² of understanding:º far be itº from God,º [that he should do] wickedness;º² and [from] the Almighty,º [that he should commit] iniquity.º² 11 For² the workº of a manº shall he renderºª unto him, and cause every manº to findºª according to [his] ways.º 12 Yea,² surelyº Godº will not² do wickedly,ºª neither² will the Almightyº pervertºª judgment.º 13 Who² hath given him a chargeºª² over the earth?º or who² hath disposedºª the whole² world?º 14 If² he setºª his heartº upon² man, [if] he gatherºª unto² himself his spiritº and his breath;º 15 All² fleshº shall perishºª together,º and manº shall turn againºª unto² dust.º 16 If² now [thou hast] understanding,º hearºª this:² hearkenºª to the voiceº of my words.º 17 Shall even² he that hatethºª rightº govern?ºª and wilt thou condemnºª him that is mostº just?º 18 [Is it fit] to sayºª to a king,º [Thou art] wicked?º [and] to² princes,º [Ye are] ungodly?º 19 [How much less to him] that² acceptethºª not² the personsº of princes,º nor² regardethºª the richº more thanº the poor?º for² they all² [are] the workº of his hands.º 20 In a momentº shall they die,ºª and the peopleº shall be troubledºª at midnight,ºº and pass away:ºª and the mightyº shall be taken awayºª without² hand.º 21 For² his eyesº [are] upon² the waysº of man,º and he seethºª all² his goings.º 22 [There is] no² darkness,º nor² shadow of death,º where² the workersºª of iniquityº may hide¹ª themselves.² 23 For² he will not² layºª upon² manº more² [than right]; that he should enterºª into judgmentº with² God.º 24 He shall break in piecesºª mighty menº without² number,º and setºª othersº in their stead.² 25 Therefore² he knowethºª their works,º and he overturnethºª [them] in the night,º so that they are destroyed.ºª 26 He strikethºª them asº wicked menº in the openº sightºª of others; 27 Because²²² they turned backºª from²² him,¹ and would not² considerºª any² of his ways:º 28 So that they cause the cryº of the poorº to comeºª unto² him, and he hearethºª the cryº of the afflicted.º 29 When he² giveth quietness,ºª who² then can make trouble?ºª and when he hidethºª [his] face,º who² then can beholdºª him? whether [it be done] against² a nation,º or against² a manº only:º 30 That the hypocriteºº reign¹ª not,²² lest the peopleº be ensnared.º²
