The Ten Commandments.

18 ¶ And all² the peopleº sawºª² the thunderings,º and the lightnings,º and the noiseº of the trumpet,º and the mountainº smoking:º and when the peopleº sawºª [it], they removed,ºª and stoodºª afar off.º² 19 And they saidºª unto² Moses,º Speakºª thou² with² us, and we will hear:ºª but let not² Godº speakºª with² us, lest² we die.ºª

24 ¶ An altarº of earthº thou shalt makeºª unto me, and shalt sacrificeºª thereon²² thy burnt offerings,º and thy peace offerings,º² thy sheep,º and thine oxen:º in all² placesº where² I recordºª² my nameº I will comeºª unto² thee, and I will blessºª thee. 25 And if² thou wilt makeºª me an altarº of stone,º thou shalt not² buildºª it of hewn stone:º for² if thou lift upºª thy toolº upon² it, thou hast pollutedºª it. 26 Neither² shalt thou go upºª by stepsº unto² mine altar,º that² thy nakednessº be not² discoveredºª thereon.²
